I’m responsible for the implementation of Entrepreneurship Programmes & Incubation Services, Micro & SME development projects, incubation and innovation management. Thus, I’m also responsible for training and mentoring of start-up entrepreneurs, both on a concept as well as execution level, and I’m also charged with stakeholder liaison and act as a focal point for the NBII Advisory Board and the NBII Entrepreneurs Circle. My duties are aimed at contributing to the organisational development and strategic planning of NBII, continuously striving to find innovative solutions to entrepreneurship development and socio-economic upliftment of communities in Namibia.
